1. Try logging in with your old account username or email address and password.
2. If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot My Password" link to reset it.
3. If your email address has changed or you can't remember your username, use the "My Email Address Has Changed" and a CERTI staff member will help find your account and link it to your new email address.
