Although Arkansas does not require certification or licensure to measure or mitigate Radon gas, CERTI courses are approved by the two national certifying bodies for Radon education, NRSB and NRPP. If you are an Arkansas resident interested in becoming better educated about Radon measurement and/mitigation, or if you are interested in becoming nationally certified in Radon measurement or mitigation, these entry level and CE courses will serve you well. You will not be required to produce a certificate to your state at this time, but you will have completed the coursework and/or the national exam (should you choose to take it). |
Although the state of Arkansas does not require certification for performing radon services, the state strongly encourages national certification through NRPP or NRSB, especially in regards to radon mitigation and concerning radon measurement in real estate transactions and when testing large buildings/multifamily dwellings/schools.
